Chic, refined living in a small Parisian apartment.
Our Parisian pied-a-terre project proves that a home re-design can happen when you're thousands of miles away with a rigorous design process, good client communication and solid project management.
For our Australian client who decided to relocate to Paris after a couple of months of working in the City of Lights, buying her own home and setting down roots was always a high priority.
While she fell in love with this building's architectural features and grand proportions, her one-bedroom apartment needed a complete overhaul.
With help from our long-distance crew of contractors we had the apartment stripped, new European oak floors laid in the living areas and kitchen and walls resurfaced and reconditioned. We kept the palette bright white in both the bathroom and kitchen and played with scale and high contrast in the artwork and furnishings. The result is a sprinkle of European chic living for this Aussie expat in Paris.
