Our Process

Interior design is as much about problem-solving as it is about making something beautiful happen.

Interior architecture and design are part mathematics and part creative wonder – it’s in the blurry edges where those two meet that magic happens.

We follow established processes to build trust with our clients and take you from trepidation to excitement to (hopefully) sheer elation. It begins with the initial consultation and concept development of a project, followed by the client presentation and feedback, then the finalisation of the design and tender documentation for the construction phase.

The implementation and delivery phase sees us collaborate with some Australia’s leading builders, architects, joiners and cabinet makers, painters, flooring specialists, artisans and art curators to deliver exceptional results and bring our vision to life.

  • Full Service Design
    We use the house’s interior architecture as the stage upon which we build the framework, layers and story.
    • New builds, extensions or renovations – we work with architects and/or clients to reimagine and design interior spaces to meet your needs
    • Spatial planning including structural and cosmetic changes
    • Custom design of kitchens, bathrooms and laundries (with 3D renders and visualisations during the conceptual phase)
    • Custom design of built-in joinery, cabinetry and wardrobes (with 3D visualisations)
    • Selection of hard materials and finishes such as tiles, flooring, paint and fixtures
    • Design management and implementation during the building program

  • Hard Materials & Finishes Selection
    Materials are dynamic and palpable – we like to honour this quality by designing into their story.

    For clients who would like to work with us but can’t invest in the full-design service, we offer a solution to assist you with your new build, kitchen or bathroom renovation. We take the overwhelm out and help you navigate through the myriad of decisions by sourcing and selecting the hard materials and finishes (tiles, flooring, paint and fixtures).

    This fixed fee package starts at $1,950 for an average house (kitchen, two bathrooms & laundry) and covers the initial client consultation, sourcing and selection of materials and finishes and a detailed specifications schedule for you to take away and implement or hand over to your builder.
